What will you be responsible for?


Membership Administration:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to membership applications, renewals, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and databases.
  • Generate reports and analyse membership data to provide insights and support decision-making.


Member Services:

  • Serve as a point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist in member onboarding, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of membership benefits and offerings.


Membership Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Membership to develop and implement engagement initiatives that enhance the member experience.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting member-exclusive events, workshops, and activities.
  • Facilitate communication with members through newsletters, social media, and other channels.


Membership Renewals and Acquisition:

  • Support membership retention efforts by sending renewal reminders and following up with lapsed members.
  • Assist in executing strategies to attract new members and increase membership sign-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling membership-related content and promotions.


Operational Support:

  • Coordinate membership-related logistics for events, including registration, check-in, and member communications.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth member experiences across venues.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in generating regular reports on membership metrics, participation rates, and engagement levels.
  • Provide data-driven insights to the Head of Membership to evaluate the effectiveness of membership initiatives.


Membership Materials and Communication:

  • Assist Membership Experience Manager in creating and updating membership materials, welcome packs, and collateral.
  • Help maintain accurate and engaging content on the membership section of the group's website.


Member Feedback and Satisfaction:

  • Gather feedback from members regarding their experiences and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Membership to address member concerns and continuously improve offerings.


This is a busy and varied role where you will be interacting with members and potential members every day. An interest in childcare, family and community building would an incredible advantage. There are currently two sites, and you will need to be able to travel between the two with the occasional opportunity to work remotely when on-site attendance is not needed.
