They're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the German market. If you're a commercially savvy professional with a passion for performance marketing, a knack for building strong relationships, and a results-oriented mindset, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
You'll take charge of creating and closing new opportunities, building partnerships, and delivering outstanding ROI for your clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Use strategic outreach techniques to generate leads and win new business in the UK region.
- Craft compelling proposals, negotiate deals, and close high-value agreements.
- Work closely with internal departments to develop innovative, tailored solutions that address client challenges.
- Establish and nurture strong client partnerships, driving upsells and adoption of new products.
- Contribute to revenue forecasts, account plans, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
About You
You're a proactive, driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. Here's what we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience delivering performance-driven campaigns, ideally in the D2C space on a CPC basis.
- Deep understanding of the UK market
- Strong knowledge of key performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Polished and professional with a talent for understanding client needs and articulating solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to contributing to a positive and inclusive culture.
