Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Leverage data analysis to monitor project progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to Head of HR and senior leadership.
  • Utilize data to enhance decision-making processes for HR projects, including resource allocation and prioritization.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards on key initiatives (e.g., employee surveys, attrition analysis) to communicate project status and outcomes effectively.


Project Management:

  • Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress across multiple HR disciplines.
  • Identify risks and issues that could impact project timelines and collaborate with relevant teams to address them.
  • Ensure all HR projects align with organisational goals and strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, updates, and project plans.


Support to CHRO:

  • Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for Head of HR meetings with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Assist Head of HR with meeting arrangements, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up action tracking.
  • Collaborate with Head of HR to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure progress aligns with the overall HR strategy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on project improvements, resource allocation, and execution challenges.
  • Act as an advisor on effective communication strategies that are culturally sensitive and inclusive, ensuring that messages are understood and well-received by employees from various backgrounds.


Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Coordinate cross-functional team efforts by engaging with HR leadership across disciplines such as talent acquisition, employee development, HR operations, and governance.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments (Finance, IT, etc.) for projects spanning multiple business units.
  • Ensure transparency and consistent communication across teams to foster a collaborative and aligned approach.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and report on project performance, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of HR and leadership team on project progress, identifying any challenges or risks.
  • Prepare executive summaries and reports for leadership review.


Essential:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to collect, interpret, and present data from various HR systems.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and reports.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and mitigate risks.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to ensure project accuracy and completeness.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across various HR disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Previous HR experience managing global or international regions.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, in addition to English, is highly desirable for effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
