We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Clerk to work with our client on a Waste To Energy construction project in the North West.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.

This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

You will be responsible for managing weekly time sheets from site for payroll purposes, liaising with the HR Department for onboarding personnel, and ensuring document control, including handover documentation.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can thrive in a dynamic office environment and has experience as a Technical Clerk on previous projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly time sheets from site for payroll purposes.
  • Liaise with the HR Department for onboarding personnel.
  • Ensure document control, including handover documentation.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Clerk on previous projects.
