Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-obsessed Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high-growth startup in a fast-paced, innovative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and Zendesk tickets, providing timely and accurate technical support
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues
  • Document all customer interactions, problems, and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with system upgrades and customer care policies
  • Contribute to knowledge base and FAQ documentation


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support role
  • Familiarity with Zendesk
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
