We are looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a busy fast paced Pub Management company. You must have the ability to work as a team and independently. We are a small Office Team and the Admin role is paramount to the smooth running of the Business.

Knowledge of working in the pub trade would be advantageous.

This role is multi-faceted and involves a mixture of support and administration activities as listed below.

Purpose of role:

Responsible for the day to day administration and office procedures.

Ensuring all issues with our sites and managers are dealt with in a timely manner, Support the director with general office duties and be the first line of contact to site managers, contractors, breweries in person, online/email, and telephone.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration and office procedures
  • Assist with queries from the public and site managers
  • Diary management for the Director
  • 1st point of call for Area Managers
  • Manage, report & log all maintenance issues
  • Keep on top of all compliance visits for sites
  • Complete takeover and vacating checklists for the pubs
  • Ongoing management of all supplier/utility contracts etc
  • Keep inventory lists updated for each site & storage unit
  • Manage social media, website and reviews for all pubs.
  • Manage all aspect of company vehicles
  • Advertise vacancies & send appropriate CVs onto area managers & director
  • Any ad hoc duties that may arise

The role will be 37.5 hours Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 4pm
