Talent Development Administrator - Possibl - Birmingham, UK (Hybrid)


Possibl are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a renowned, forward thinking legal and professional services group for a new position within their ever-evolving Talent Development Team.


Working as part of their wider HR family, you will support the team in planning and organising all learning and development initiatives within the business, working closely alongside an existing Talent Development Administrator whilst also building relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

What you will do:

  • Assist in the day to day operations of the Talent Development department, including sharing responsibility for onboarding of new starters.
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs
  • Manage the firm's LMS
  • Collect and analyse feedback from training participants to improve future training programs


The person:

  • Ideally 6-12 months' experience in an administrative/coordination role, preferably in a HR/TA/L&D environment
  • A strong, evidential interest in learning and development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally, familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you will be communicating with all levels of staff regarding training opportunities and updates firmwide
