The Role
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for development of sales and client relationships for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business within the Finance & Banking market Globally. This includes partnership with various stakeholders across Korn Ferry, including marquee account management teams, regionally-focused teams, and sales individuals within other solution areas. This role will outline the sales strategy for the Finance & Banking market, including upsell potential with existing clients, strategic new targets, lead identification, and response to RFIs/RFPs.
Additionally, this role will contribute to the overall solution development, pricing and design; will lead and participate in the pitch process; and negotiate contracts. This role will set direction for other regional sales executives and drive the strategy for how Korn Ferry RPO approaches the Finance & Banking market, setting targets and KPIs, and align individuals to opportunities as needed. This role is ultimately responsible and accountable for the growth of RPO top-line revenue in the Finance & Banking market.
Required Skills:
- Experience of senior leadership or director level experience within sales
- Knowledge and experience of the of selling Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions at an Enterprise level in the Financial Services sector
- Deep expertise in the Financial Services sector, specifically Retail & Investment Banking
- Track record in Sales achievement, KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and utilizing negotiation skills
- Travel as required, potentially global
