A leading Databricks partner have need of a driven Sales and Business Development professional to take up their Business Development Director role, reporting into C level.
You should come with a proven Sales / BD record in Professional Services and you will have sold Data & AI Consultancy Services before now as well as ideally having experience of having sold services wrapped around Databricks.
Key skills and experience for this role;
- Proven Sales / Business Development record in Data Consulting / Professional Services
- Experience of selling Databricks services, Partner Certifications are of particular interest
- Excellent Relationship Building skills
- Circa 5 - 10 years experience in similar environments
- An understanding of Data Strategy
- The ability to sell to a Chief Data Officer
In this role you will be on-site with Databricks in London 2 or 3 days per week, building relationships with the Sales teams and generating leads. You will also go to market and sell and present to end-customers but there will be a level of autonomy granted to you as to how you can hit targets.
This role is an excellent opportunity with a Databricks partner with an already strong reputation with Databricks and will suit someone looking to step up into a role like this, drive through deals and maximise their earnings.
The role pays up to £100,000 base and £200,000 OTE + benefits.
