As a senior leader at DOHE Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to champion EdTech for societal improvement. You will act as a crucial connection between internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include providing operational oversight, supporting programs, managing administrative follow-ups, and developing new business opportunities to facilitate collaboration between the South Korean and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management:
• Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes and systems.
2. Finance Management:
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations.
• Work closely with finance teams to optimize financial performance.
3. Communications Coordination:
• Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and various teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Provide translation and interpretation services as needed to facilitate seamless communication.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in order to execute all the operational tasks (e.g. legal advice, accounting service. Etc)
4. New Business Development
• Develop a new business plan, and consulting business targeting Asian (especially Korean) tech companies to help grow in the UK market
• Design and build the team to execute the plan
Qualifications:
• At least +12 years’ experience in established companies.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder communication and relationship management in established companies.
• Solid understanding of Korean culture and the UK market
• Fluent in English and Korean for effective translation and interpretation.
• Proven experience in business management and development.
• Knowledge of the EdTech industry and its dynamics is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Market research & Analytic skills
• Customer management skills
Salary & Benefits
• Annual Salary: Correction after interview
• Recruitment: Full-time / Permanent
• Working hours: 8 hours / 5 days
• Schedule: 9:00am-6:00pm / Monday to Friday
• Holiday: 26 days (excluding bank holidays)
