Q10 Media is a premium outdoor advertising company, focused on developing bespoke premium media opportunities across London, connecting the most sought-after audiences to the world’s leading brands.


We are looking for a Business Director to join us in London. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to drive sales and an established credibility in the media market to encourage new and existing opportunities. This role will primarily involve developing and solidifying Q10 Media's agency relationships strategically, executing sales strategies, and driving maximum sales bookings to ensure that individual and team sales performance contributes to revenue growth across Q10, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.

Identifying and helping resolve any client’s business challenges by selling first-class media solutions, the successful candidate will be required to be an experienced media sales professional who can think out-of-the box and use our multiple product offerings to maximise all revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:


  • Accountable as the key account lead on all major specialist accounts, maximising all revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed team and individual business sales targets.
  • Approach clients face-to-face several times per week, engaging in strategic conversations around their business, advising them on how Q10 can support their needs, and presenting new opportunities/ideas.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting information, including inputting all sales opportunities into our CRM and maintaining opportunities in the system throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop a thorough and ongoing understanding of our product offerings and capabilities across London to meet client needs, recognise opportunities to expand client spending, and engage with other commercial partners to maximise revenue growth. Likewise, fully understand the nature of all aspects of our clients' and agencies' businesses.
  • Develop and utilise competitive analysis, track industry trends, and maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions.
  • Identify, drive, and develop creative business opportunities for advertisers—pitching, establishing and nurturing trading deals with agencies.
  • A confident and engaging speaker who can represent the company across the industry.
  • Host regular industry events.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge, and experience:


  • Demonstrable Experience as an OOH Media Sales Professional (highly desirable to have at least 8+ years’ experience) within either an agency or media owner background.
  • Strong relationships with all specialists.
  • Proven experience in media planning, buying and selling.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding substantial financial targets and KPIs and ability to develop opportunities and drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility with external media clients and agencies with proven capabilities in growing relationships at the commensurate senior level; able to present ideas to create value, and being able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approaches in front of clients.
  • A strategic mindset to understand and translate the business direction into achievable new business development opportunities.
  • A connector who can bring together department teams to drive client solutions and ensure excellence in delivery.
  • A creative mindset to help bring innovative solutions to life such as experiential and events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, informative, and engaging decks and then present them.
