Summary

At Armor, we are looking for driven sales professionals looking to be part of one of the fastest-growing and cutting-edge industries, Cybersecurity.


As an Armor Sales Engagement Manager in the UK, you will be responsible for generating revenue from net new logos across the EMEA region. You will build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities that converts into closed business deals via our channel partners, cold calling, and associated conversion agencies. As a quota-carrying Sales Manager, you will work with your Regional Managing Director to build an account strategy, targeting new mid-market and Enterprise business opportunities. You will also work with your Regional Managing Director to evolve existing and develop new partner relationships with both Managed Service Providers and Hyperscalers.


Through your robust industry experience, you will understand and know how to position the benefits of Armor products and services with our customers. You will apply critical thinking skills to create outcome-based solutions that solve our customers business needs.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

(Additional duties may be assigned as required.)

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals; the ability to develop a healthy pipeline and close business through solution selling.
  • Develop opportunities through prospecting, leads generated via webinars, partners, email promotions, trade shows and events, web and phone enquiries, using conversation led, consultative sales skills.
  • Devise the execution strategy with partner peers inside Armor to generate and grow revenue.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate relationships at senior levels within existing channel partners and resellers.
  • Where relevant, work with the Regional Managing Director to develop relationships with hyperscalers and generate revenue.
  • Implement account development plans and collaborate with customers and their goals to increase revenue growth.
  • Maintain disciplined sales forecasting and track all opportunities through Salesforce to build a sustainable pipeline, ensuring all activity and communication is documented.
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Travel up to 25% may be required based on needs.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as required.



REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven experience in new business sales with a strong background in cybersecurity
  • Value-based selling experience, being able to demonstrate an understanding of the different dimensions of value when breaking down buyer challenges.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of and comfortable following a defined sales process.
  • Experience using consultative sales skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Lives the Armor Commitment in daily life through work performance and conduct.


Sales Engagement Manager education and experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the cybersecurity space.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in a technology, Cloud, Security, PaaS, or SaaS based environment.
  • 3 years’ experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level executives within Enterprise.
  • Demonstrable experience of working and scaling through the channel.
  • Knowledge of Public Cloud with certs in Azure, AWS, GCP or Microsoft Licensing preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
