Roles/Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, specifiers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Promote and specify resinous flooring solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to specifiers and end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate project timelines and milestones with stakeholders to achieve successful execution.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, KPIs, and project pipelines.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance market presence.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in resinous flooring, with expertise in specification sales.
  • Strong understanding of the specification process within the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with architects, specifiers, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and discussing architectural plans and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the North of England to meet clients and attend industry events.
