Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Manchester, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Built Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and driving business results.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
