About the Role:
As the Managing Director, youll oversee the entire groups operations, driving growth, profitability, and brand excellence. Each venue has its own distinct identity, creating a dynamic and multi-faceted role for the right candidate who values diverse dining experiences and high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement growth strategies across multiple restaurant locations in London.
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets and financial goals, driving profitability while maintaining brand standards.
Team Development: Inspire and cultivate high-performing teams across each restaurant, fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
Customer Experience: Uphold the highest level of service, ensuring each venue delivers a memorable and unique dining experience.
Marketing & Partnerships: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships within the industry.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 10+ years in a senior management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry; prior MD or COO experience is highly advantageous.
Leadership: Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a proven track record in multi-site management.
Financial Acumen: Excellent understanding of budgeting, financial metrics, and profitability drivers.
Market Insight: Deep understanding of the London restaurant landscape and customer expectations.
Communication & People Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and develop teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
Knowledge of diverse culinary concepts is an advantage.
