Our client, an innovative Tech startup, is seeking an exceptional Real Estate Deals expert to spearhead their expansion in the UK.


The Story:


The ideal candidate is a deal-maker with a proven track record in real estate investment, capital advisory, or brokerage. You will play a crucial role in structuring innovative investment products, developing strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. This position offers a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and industry expertise, providing a platform for significant impact and career growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and manage partnerships with GPs

- Structure and execute complex real estate investment deals

- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and existing relationship management

- Collaborate with internal teams to customize investment solutions for clients

- Contribute to the company's expansion strategy in new markets


Requirements:


- 7+ years of experience in real estate investment banking, management consultancy, capital advisory, or brokerage

- Proven track record in navigating complex organizational relationships

- Strong deal-making and negotiation skills

- Ability to structure and present innovative real estate investment products

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
