Office Manager and Personal Assistant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our growing team at our London office. This is a pivotal role within the company, covering core administrative and planning tasks and bookkeeping.
The London DE Group is an established gold and gemstone trading and fine jewellery business based in Hatton Garden, London, with overseas offices in Bogota and Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organise office activities
- Bookkeeping (using Quickbooks)
- Oversee facilities management
- Greet visitors and client facing
- Conduct administration support with new clients
- HR Support and co-ordination
Experience
- Experience with administrative and clerical work
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Friendly and positive outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accountancy software
Salary, benefits and working hours
- £30,000 PA basic salary
- Discretionary, performance related bonus
- 25 days annual leave
- Study support available for job related training
- Hybrid working, office based three days per week, working from home two days per week
- 40 hours per week
