The Role: Office Manager
As Office Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless day-to-day operations of their leadership team and business. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organised individual who's as passionate about fitness and well-being as we are. From supporting the founders to contributing to sales, property projects, and office management, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to reshape wellness in real estate.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a Trusted Partner: Provide top-notch support to the founders with diary management, travel coordination, and more.
  • Run a Smooth Ship: Manage our office operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Power Sales Growth: Support sales processes, client proposals, and business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to Property Projects: Assist with documentation and communication during exciting construction projects.
  • Promote Wellness: Champion values of health and fitness within the workplace.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a PA, Office Manager, or similar role (bonus points if it's in construction, property, or real estate).
  • Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in office tools, CRM systems, and document management software.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and well-being that aligns with the company's mission.
