Job description

Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2025 Opening our first boutique hotel in the UK in Q1 2025, we are looking for aPeople and Culture Manager / Business Partnerto join our preopening People & Culture team and successfully bring our brand to life.

The hotel will be located next to Liverpool Street Station, tucked away in Devonshire Square a charming brick courtyard with 81 serene rooms, including 14 suites, The Cover our private members' club, and our signature restaurant. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.

Job requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in Hospitality or Retail
  • pre-opening experience


What youll be doing with us:

As ourPeople and Culture Manager / Business Partnerat our buzzing hotel, restaurant and private members club you'll be the heartbeat of our vibrant team, turning work into a place where everyone wants to be Youll build strong, fun connections with our leadership team and guide our managers to be HR champions. From handling tricky situations with a smile to keeping our policies as fresh and inviting as our hotel rooms, you'll ensure that every team member feels supported and valued.

Your role will be all about creating an employee experience that mirrors the warmth and hospitality we offer our guests. You'll dive into HR data, turning insights into meaningful actions that boost morale, engagement, and productivity. Leading projects with a focus on well-being, diversity, and inclusion, youll make sure our team culture is as diverse and dynamic as the city were in.

But thats not all - your creativity will shine as you organize playful recognition events, team-building adventures, and cultural celebrations that bring our staff together and make our hotel a place where work feels like play.
