Job Description

  • Effectively build, prioritize, and manage your own pipeline
  • Identify opportunities and actively close deals with new potential and existing clients by analysing the market dynamics
  • Negotiate contracts via phone, online or personal meetings, and coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections capturing new business opportunities
  • Introduce the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions including PMS, POS, SPA & Shiji Payments

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in hospitality software Sales
  • PMS knowledge and understanding is a must, understanding of hospitality technology is plus. Experience with working on complex and dynamic sales cycles within hospitality is very much desired
  • Negotiation skills are a must with the ability to multi-task in addition to outstanding communication skills
  • Results-oriented, autonomous and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude and hunter mentality
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong presentation skills
  • Deep hotel industry knowledge and a very good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics
  • Availability for national and international travel
