The Senior IT Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategising, selling and delivering solutions through their IT consulting arm across back end ERP IT solutions.


This role will:

  • Be responsible for building strategy, managing sales revenue and pipeline, project management and technical capability.
  • Partner with corporate brands to deliver new and existing back end IT solutions.
  • Sell projects via IT consulting and managing existing projects from ideation through to delivery.
  • Management of 10+ people across project management, business development and technical specialists.
  • Negotiate complex deals with partners and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Lead and own project/programme development on projects, working with the board.
  • Mitigate any potential risks and diversify future solution portfolio.


Your background:

  • Minimum 5 years experience across business development within backend IT solutions, ideally within a consulting/agency environment.
  • Track record of establishing, building, growing and managing relationships with multiple clients and partners delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiator and contract management to ensure smooth deliver of partners during negotiation phases.
  • Good ability to gather client requirements and build revenue-focused IT solutions.
