We are working with a leading law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Business Development Executive Support. The Senior BD Executive will support UK-based Corporate and M&A partners in a practice renowned for its expertise in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, funds, insurance, TMT, energy, infrastructure, and corporate advisory. You will also collaborate with M&A, FIG/Fintech, and FSR practices to drive business development objectives and implement strategic initiatives.
The Senior BD Executive will forge strong connections with partners, legal professionals, and business services teams, gaining a deep understanding of your practices. This role will involve managing and drafting pitches, supporting pricing proposals, creating profile-raising campaigns, and maintaining the firm's credential systems. Additionally, you’ll oversee budgeting for M&A practices, manage key business events, and support the firm's Client Listening Programme.
We seek candidates with a minimum of four years of business development experience, ideally in corporate/M&A markets, with strong communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
