About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-tech retail solutions, including in-store and e-commerce implementations. From automation and dark-store picking to advanced order fulfillment systems, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of projects end-to-end. Your commercial acumen and technical expertise will ensure that all projects meet scope, budget, and quality expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Define project scope, build and manage budgets, set timelines, oversee implementation, and ensure successful handovers.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, delivering clear project updates and fostering collaboration.
  • Budget & Risk Management: Oversee budgets, track profitability, and proactively manage risks and issues.
  • Compliance & Excellence: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, local legislation, and company standards.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Continuously identify and adopt improved ways of working, leveraging modern project management tools and practices.


About You:

  • A proven track record of at least 5 years in project delivery, ideally within the retail sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of retail technologies, including automation and e-commerce systems.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheets, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, balancing tactical and strategic needs effectively.
  • Project Management qualifications (desirable).
  • A valid driving license is required.
