Responsibilities:
  • Leading projects through various stages from inception to completion
  • Coordinating tender activities and establishing key stakeholder relationships
  • Maintaining accurate records and producing timely reports
  • Guiding and mentoring junior staff members
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of direct experience in construction consultancy or main contracting
  • Prior exposure to industrial unit projects an advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies
