Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, packing and posting client gifts when needed, and keeping track of staff birthdays and work anniversaries to ensure thoughtful recognition.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure all necessary items are readily available.
  • Assist with data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Requirements:
