Day to day duties:

  • Work closely with Front of House and Facilities teams, ensuring this large office is always in 5* shape.
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs, manage supplier contracts, and maintain the overall aesthetic and safety standards of our vibrant workspace.
  • Support workplace projects and act as a Fire Marshal, First Aider, and DSE Assessor (training provided).
  • Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager, and play a key role in enhancing the day-to-day office experience.


About You:

  • A background in facilities coordination or workplace experience, ideally in a creative industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, a great team player, and a positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn, roll up your sleeves, and be part of a close-knit, social team.
  • Experience managing budgets and working in large, multi-occupancy environments is a plus
