As the gatekeeper, you will be the sole receptionist supporting with everything from meeting and greeting, to inventory and liaising with building management.

They are looking for a receptionist who is proactive, engaging and has excellent and clear communication when meeting investors, founders, and clients. You will an individual who is ready to take charge and has a warm and welcoming personality. You will have the ability to think on your feed, be solution-orientated and can juggle multiple priorities. Duties below, but not limited too:
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Managing appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Liaising with building management
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Ordering stationary
- Organising summer parties, Christmas event
This is a role where you will have autonomy, but it is a role where you need to be efficient as possible, especially as there could be additional roles with this growing firm, if you impress.
You will have 2 - 5 years of experience as a receptionist, ideally in the investment sector or professional services.
This is an ongoing assignment starting in September.
