Full Job Description

This is an exciting time to join Firstway Energy Ltd and we are seeking a proactive, self-starting and organised EA/Office Manager to join our team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office as well as leading on the marketing, communications, recruitment and administrative functions.


Firstway Energy Ltd is an industry leader in delivering new renewable energy solutions and has secured a pipeline in excess of 4.5GW of energy storage and energy generation and will continue to grow this pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: diary management, preparing action trackers, meeting minutes and actions, general data management and filing systems, expenses and general support to office staff – Land, Planning and Technical Teams;


  • Branding and Marketing: standardisation of all Firstway Energy Ltd documentation both internal and external, preparation of presentation material;


  • Communications: maintaining and updating the website, creating new websites (training provided), media monitoring of the energy industry, reaching out to Key Stakeholders to arrange meetings


  • Recruitment: when required, to assist in preparing relevant Job Description and screening candidates, arranging interviews.


  • Research: assist the land and planning teams with effective research of Councils and other parties.


Experience, Qualifications and Skills

Relevant Experience

  • 3 years’ experience of working as an EA or Office Manager with experience in branding, marketing, communications and recruitment.


Skills and Aptitude

  • Broad experience to cover management, marketing, communications and recruitment;
  • Be a self starter with energy and enthusiasm;
  • Effective interpersonal skills;
  • Be Organised;
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Excellent written and administration skills;
  • Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously; and
  • Excellent at management and production of company material.


Working Conditions

  • The role will be office based in Crystal Palace with working ours being 9am to 5.30pm
  • We are willing to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours worked for the right individual
