Key Responsibilities:



  • Administrative Support: Assist the Sales and Lettings Teams with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
  • CRM Management: Efficiently upload property details and client information into our CRM systems.
  • Document Preparation: Type and dispatch valuation/instruction letters and other essential documents.
  • Property Management: Maintain and update property lists, details, and window cards.
  • Reception Duties: Keep the reception area well-stocked with property magazines and other materials.
  • Stationery Orders: Manage weekly stationery orders through our online system.
  • Website Updates: Update our company website with the latest property details as needed.
  • Advertising Assistance: Prepare and proofread adverts for publications.
  • Coordination: Arrange photography, floor-plans, and statutory documents for properties.
  • Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and distribution.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties and assist with canvassing tasks.
  • File Management: Maintain property files and coordinate the creation or removal of property boards.
  • Safety Inspections: Oversee gas and electrical safety systems, arranging inspections and managing certificates.
  • Tenancy Renewals: Administer tenancy renewals and related paperwork.




What We’re Looking For:


  • Property Experience: Prior experience in property administration or administration previously
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong typing skills, impeccable grammar, and proofreading abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Team Player: Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure while being a supportive team member.
  • Customer Relations: Strong customer relations skills to ensure excellent client experiences.
