The Office Administrator will help ensure that the office operates efficiently and supports the needs of our customers, suppliers, and colleagues. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Relationships:

a) Responsible to: Site Manager Northampton

b) Responsible for: Assisting with the day-to day administrative functions of our office.

c) Liaison with: Managers, Design Team, Customers, Suppliers


Main Tasks of job:

· Raise specifications for quoting

· Process customer orders

· Answer the phones, dealing with queries as required

· Expedite orders with suppliers or production teams as required

· Discuss changes to delivery schedules with customer as required

· To provide support and assistance to fellow team members/departments as needed

· Organise transport and logistics for point of sale deliveries


The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
