The Senior Administrator/Office Manager is a critical support role working across the Sales, Marketing and Creative teams – all working with a host of global clients.

This role is office based - West London.
The Role
- Provide overall sales, operations, PR and marketing and creative support.
- Update and manage company databases – sales, clients, stock, etc.
- Stock management.
- Management of the office and showroom.
- Scheduling meetings, managing expenses and making travel arrangements.
- Acting as brand ambassador - actively promoting the brand externally.
- Ad hoc duties when needed.
The Person
- Ideally at least 2 years of experience in an Office Manager, Administration, Operations or similar role - ideally within a small company.
- Experience within luxury /jewellery/interiors/fashion/arts is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Positive, proactive and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Great organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence to manage projects independently and manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
