EA - (SVP Development/Content Ops) - TV/Film

The successful candidate will live within a reasonable commute to West London and have solid experience an EA with an understanding of scripted television development or working for a broadcaster or studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling of highly sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating a high volume of conference calls and in-person meetings, including frequent after hours calls with overseas
  • Gatekeeper, handle minor matters/phone calls/visitors, etc., initiate zoom calls and take notes in background.
  • Organise transportation, flights, accommodation, transfers etc.
  • Prepare monthly Expense reports.
  • Office support including preparing printed scripts, notes, etc. and managing office stationary
  • Development/Acquisitions - assist with documentation, script distribution and team-wide databases; read scripts and provide creative feedback/summaries as requested
  • Productions - work closely with VP, Manager, and Prod Coordinator on production schedules, set visits, paperwork, post-production links, etc.
  • Industry research and competitive tracking across broadcast and streaming television
  • Personal support when required
  • Other general EA duties.

Key Requirements:

  • Available immediately
  • Live within a reasonable commute to West London
  • PC literate, with advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Able to handle high pressured workload and environments
