Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage and grow our retail client base. This role requires deep expertise in selling IT solutions to retail businesses, a keen understanding of client challenges, and the ability to deliver solutions that enhance their operations and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in the retail sector.
  • Solution Selling: Provide tailored IT solutions to retail clients, focusing on AI, cloud, and data analytics.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop a strategic sales plan for expanding Axpe’s presence in the retail industry.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through cold outreach, networking, and industry-specific events.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail decision-makers, ensuring long-term client loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to deliver custom solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the retail sector, selling IT solutions such as AI, cloud, or data analytics.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
