In the heart of the capitals financial district, your table awaits with front row seats at the robata grill and Canary Wharfs towering skyline providing a stunning backdrop. Enjoy relaxing in elegant surroundings, the perfect antidote to the bustling business hub. For larger groups, dine outside on the landscaped Japanese-garden style terrace overlooking Canada Square.

JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this job is to contribute to the seamless operation of the restaurant by delivering highly efficient and effective service, maintaining standards, and pro-actively anticipating customer needs.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Lead the reception team, ensuring high service standards.
  • Manage reservations, optimizing table occupancy.
  • Address guest feedback and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.
  • Train and mentor reception team for consistent service delivery.
