A leading veterinary practice in Berkshire seeks a highly skilled and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to take on a key leadership role as a Head Nurse.

The surgery has recently been refurbished, offering state-of-the-art facilities and equipment in a beautiful garden area. You will join an exceptional veterinary team, comprising highly skilled Veterinary Surgeons, dedicated Registered Nurses, Student Nurses, welcoming Receptionists, and efficient Administrative Staff, all working together to deliver outstanding care.

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent organisational, time management, leadership, and proactive qualities. With a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience, preferably as a Head Nurse, you will be well-equipped to lead the nursing team and contribute to the overall success of the practice.

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a great work-life balance, with weekends on a rota basis. The role also includes:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum
  • A CPD allowance with 2-days CPD leave
  • RCVS and VDS fees paid
  • 5 weeks paid annual leave plus bank holidays
