About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to take on a leadership role within our practice. As Head of Theatre, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the theatre team, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.

You will work closely with our vets, nurses, and support staff to maintain exceptional standards of patient care and client service. Your excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and guide your team will be essential in achieving our goals.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in veterinary nursing, with experience in a similar management position
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems
