Join Our Team as a Head Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Head Receptionist to join our team at Inamo Restaurants. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring seamless service, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front of house team, ensuring excellent service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process bookings, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries with a smile.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, drinks, and experiences to increase revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive annual salary of £28,000 + Tronc, with an OTE of over £35,000 per annum.
  • A 42-hour contract, with flexible shifts to suit your needs.
