Head Receptionist Role Overview
Inamo Restaurants is seeking a highly motivated and organized Head Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring seamless check-ins, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies, services, and amenities.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Knowledge of hotel software and systems, such as OpenTable and Design My Night.
