When it comes to Sustainability, this is groundbreaking technology. Heads are turning as they scale their next-gen materials.


In order to ensure their continued growth, we're looking for a Grants Manager to lead the admin side of their Innovate UK grant funded applications and processes, along with working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.


The Role:

  • Track grant funded project deliverables, milestones and budgets
  • Prepare quarterly reports for Innovate UK funded projects
  • Research grant opportunities which align with the business strategy, present these to internal teams and seek approval to progress with applications
  • Manage and ensure a high standard of the applications by working alongside technical and commercial leads and grant writing consultants
  • Represent the organisation at external grant funding body events, often in combination the technical team


About You:

  • Experience and knowledge of working with Innovate UK and other major grant funding bodies
  • Experience managing and coordinating science-related funding projects, including:
  • Preparing reports
  • Budget management
  • Application writing
  • Strong written and presentation skills, with experience translating technical information Ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Detail oriented
  • Start-up mentality, who is proactive and able to use initiative
  • MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
