Overview of the Division:

The Cross School Initiatives Hub offers a variety of professional services that support essential academic programs within the University's Academic Division.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Hub Manager, the Grants and Finance Coordinator will deliver support services to the Cross School Initiatives facilitated by the Hub. This role serves as the primary contact and is accountable for the efficient management of financial and grant-related activities within the Hub. The position involves close collaboration with the Hub Finance Manager to handle finance and grant functions, including transaction processing and the provision of management information to aid strategic decision-making.

The coordinator will assist each Initiative and academic staff with grant submissions, budget forecasting, and will manage all inquiries and issues related to research grants.

This is a fixed-term position, with funding available for an initial period of 2 years.
