Key Account Manager

As a SWAY Key Account Manager you would be required to build the day-to-day relationships with key existing salons while responsible onboarding new salon partners. The role is client facing and focused around building client relationships through business support and brand offerings.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and nurture strong lasting client relationships, providing value to our salons.
- Support clients through the implementation of key promotional and marketing activity to generate brand loyalty, sales growth and meet brand objectives in line with SWAY's strategy.
- Organise brand events co-ordinated with seasonal launches and key retail periods
- Support and implement social media strategies with salons with SWAY's marketing team as well as being involved in unique content creation for the salon professional division.
- Ensure brand executions in salon and in accordance with new launches and promotional calendars, applying best practices to window and in salon retail areas.
- Identifying key opportunities within the territory to elevate and accelerate growth with both new and existing salons
- Accountable for achieving set revenues and defined KPIs within the territory, tracking, analysing, and reporting accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and link-sell to develop the brand within the UK market
- Manage diary and journey plan effectively to ensure maximum productivity.
- Support client with appropriate budget, loyalty tiers and business focuses
- Develop internal network and relationships to support key activity, such as partnering with the marketing and educational team.
- Attendance and participation in team and sales meetings and events.
- Collaborate effectively and enthusiastically within the business.
- Foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven account management within the hair and beauty industry is essential
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Entrepreneurial and results orientated mindset.
- Understanding of social media and how to utilise for commercial benefit.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to create bespoke PowerPoint Presentations for individual customers.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive and influence
- Ability to engage, create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- A high level of verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work under pressure within deadlines with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Highly adaptable to change, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Desire to continuously learn and develop.
- Enthusiastic and hands-on style, with a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrates passion for the SWAY brand and products.
- Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic individual with a positive attitude, “can do” approach and entrepreneurial growth and ‘anything is possible’ mindset.
- Strong organisational skills, an eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple projects and ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability, can give examples of taking measured risks to achieve results.
- Enthusiastic, energetic outgoing, determined to win and a passion for People and all things hair.
- UK based with the ability to travel to UK and ROI without restrictions.
- Full driving licence.
