Position: Key Account Manager


Responsibilities


  • Focuses on managing and growing strategic, high-value accounts. The goal is to maximize revenue, cross-sell/up-sell, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain effective communication with VPs, Sales and internal departments to ensure corporate objectives are met.
  • Planning budgets and activities for company account management.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the partners’ needs and what they expect from our company
  • Setting up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff.
  • Providing feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectives.
  • Plan budgets and activities for company account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with key accounts
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics to measure performance and identify areas for growth
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, top 5 university.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in ground transportation, travel, logistics, or related industry.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
  • Proven experience with ground transportation/online tourism company 5 years minimum
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven of Annually sales 30M USD+
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Result and data-driven oriented.
  • Ground transportation prior experience is preferable.
