As our new Inside Sales Graduate, you will have a unique opportunity to start your career in a sales role and learn Crayon’s business. During the Crayon Graduate program, you will initially focus on sales operations, gradually transitioning into sales, working closely with our sales team, actively shadowing on customer projects to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. You will participate in customer meetings, contribute to projects, and learn soft skills necessary for the transition into a junior sales role. The program offers mentorship to support you throughout the process, as well as certifications and trainings helping you develop into a substantive role within Crayon.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on all transactional Quotes and Orders
  • Onboarding new customers on Dynamics365
  • CRM Opp management for Anniversaries/Renewals
  • Nurturing various business opportunities
  • Pitching and qualifying new vendor and Crayon services to existing customers
  • Navigating and providing demonstration of Cloud-iQ with an update on its new features
  • Providing quarterly reports on top customers


Your Competencies:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree with a grade of 2:2 or above
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long lasting relationships
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Eager to learn Crayon’s business and kick start your career in sales

  • You show a great attention to detail, as quotes and orders require the use of many systems and processes
