Position Title: EMEA Inside Sales Account Management (iSAM) Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the iSAM framework and drive the strategic expansion of the function to bolster the broader business objectives.
  • Formulate the iSAM business strategy and execute sales plans that align with overall sales and corporate goals, ensuring the iSAM team meets its sales targets across designated regional sectors.
  • Identify target markets and accounts, ensuring the team devises effective strategies to capture and nurture this business.
  • Educate and train the team on sales tools and methodologies, fostering collaboration with other sales divisions within Zebra.
  • Recruit, mentor, oversee, and inspire the iSAM team, providing the necessary guidance and support to achieve both individual and collective performance goals.
  • Ensure the attainment of sales quotas for assigned products and regional objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the Field Sales organization, developing strategies that support sales initiatives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Product Management, Services, Marketing, Quality, and Field Sales to ensure coordinated efforts and timely communication of strategies, products, and solutions to Zebra clients.
  • Create and implement performance reporting systems to manage group and individual outcomes.
  • Develop and oversee the departmental budget in accordance with company policies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in international sales.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, particularly with an internal sales team.
  • Strong skills in sales development and training.
  • Familiarity with a B2B sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and enhancing the capabilities of an iSAM function.
  • Previous experience in a multinational organization at an international level.
