About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the EMEA Inside Sales Account Management (iSAM) team. The successful candidate will work closely with EMEA Sales Leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales infrastructure and strategies to support the growth of the iSAM function.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies that align with overall Sales and Company initiatives.
  • Define target markets and accounts and develop strategies to secure and develop this business.
  • Train and educate the iSAM team on sales tools, sales mechanisms, and collaboration with other sales organizations.
  • Recruit, coach, supervise, and motivate the iSAM team to achieve performance objectives.
  • Ensure sales quotas and goals are achieved on assigned products and/or solutions and regional goals.
  • Build relationships with Field Sales organization and develop plans that support Sales initiatives and revenue goals.
  • Interface with various functions such as Product Management, Services, Marketing, Quality, and Field Sales to ensure coordination of activities and timely communication of strategies, products, and solutions to Zebra customers.
  • Develop and implement reporting to manage the performance of the group and individuals.
  • Develop and manage department budget according to company guidelines.
Requirements
  • Significant demonstrable international sales experience.
  • Proven experience of management and leadership, ideally with an internal sales force.
  • Demonstrated sales development and training skills.
  • Experience with a B2B sales model.
  • Demonstrable experience of building out and growing the capability of an ISAM function.
  • Previous experience working in a multi-national Company on an international level.
