Position Title: EMEA Inside Sales Account Management (iSAM) Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the iSAM framework and drive the strategic expansion of the function to bolster the broader business objectives.
  • Formulate the iSAM business strategy and execute sales initiatives that align with overall sales and corporate goals, aiming to achieve the sales targets for the iSAM team and relevant regional sectors.
  • Identify target markets and accounts, ensuring the team devises effective strategies to secure and nurture this business.
  • Educate and train the team on sales tools and methodologies, fostering collaboration with other sales divisions within Zebra.
  • Recruit, mentor, oversee, and inspire the iSAM team, providing guidance and support to facilitate both individual and collective success towards established performance targets.
  • Ensure that sales objectives are met for assigned products and/or solutions as well as regional targets.
  • Cultivate a strong partnership with the Field Sales organization, creating plans that support sales initiatives and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Product Management, Services, Marketing, Quality, and Field Sales to ensure effective coordination of activities and timely communication of strategies, products, and solutions to Zebra clients.
  • Develop and implement performance reporting to manage the effectiveness of the team and individual contributors.
  • Manage the departmental budget in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in international sales.
  • Proven track record in management and leadership, preferably with an internal sales team.
  • Strong skills in sales development and training.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and enhance the capabilities of an iSAM function.
  • Previous experience in a multinational organization at an international level.
