‍⚕️ Reporting to: Patient Services Team Leader


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing referrals from the NHS and patients via our bespoke system.
  • Answering calls and handling queries from patients, therapists, and the public with empathy and professionalism.
  • Managing patient contracts and escalating issues to the Customer Operations Team.
  • Liaising with NHS services and building strong working relationships across teams.
  • Producing high-quality documentation for patients and GP surgeries.
  • Supporting projects, managing waiting lists, and ensuring service level agreements and KPIs are met.
  • Adhering to strict information governance guidelines to maintain confidentiality and trust.


What We’re Looking For:


Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.


Desirable Experience:

  • Previous customer service or patient-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with NHS systems or large databases.
  • Training in managing crisis situations.


Personal Attributes:

  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • A self-starter with a willingness to support wherever needed.
