Patient Service Representative

iesso is seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to join its team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to patients and therapists, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey.
About the RoleThis entry-level position is perfect for those who want to make a real difference in mental health care. Your tasks will include:
- Receiving and processing referrals from the NHS and patients.
- Answering calls and handling queries from patients, therapists, and the public with empathy and professionalism.
- Managing patient contracts and escalating issues to the relevant team.
- Collaborating with NHS services and fostering strong working relationships across teams.
- Creating high-quality documents for patients and GP surgeries.
- Supporting projects, managing waiting lists, and ensuring service level agreements and KPIs are met.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with opportunities for career development and growth within ieso. The estimated salary range for this position is £23,400 - £26,500 per year.
