Clinical Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Optical Express.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our skilled surgeons and patients throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing clinical support to surgeons during consent appointments and treatments
  • Coordinating patient flow on clinic days, managing queries and ensuring minimum waiting times
  • Undertaking pre-operative testing, including conducting tests and assisting during consent appointments
  • Participating in end-of-treatment day activities, updating patient files and maintaining department cleanliness
  • Reporting untoward incidents and contributing to patient safety initiatives
