Your role involves:
- Building relationships with patients and regular communication before and after treatment
- Assisting patient consultations and practice visits
- Conducting diagnostic scans using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
- Introducing patients to optometrists and scheduling treatment dates for vision correction surgery
- Maintaining accurate patient records and advising on traditional vision correction solutions
- Discussing finance options with patients
